Genesys Cloud Voice upstream carriers will be performing maintenance in the EMEA regions (Dublin, Frankfurt and London) on 5/21/2022 21:00 UK Local Time until 5/22/2022 05:00:00 UK Local Time. During this maintenance, critical upgrades will be deployed to enable essential core network enhancements This is not expected to be a full outage, but some calls may experience failures during the window . Customers can expect intermittent call delivery failure and some active calls may drop with primary impact being between 12AM and 1AM UK Time.
