Users who do not have defined wrap up codes may experience intermittent issues with disconnecting interactions. To resolve the issue, customers should create a custom wrap up code for the impacted queue, and can then delete it to return to normal operations. UPDATE: Code fix was deployed at approximately 1:15 pm EST to resolve.
