Genesys Cloud will be performing maintenance on the Dynamic Control Voice Platform (DCVP) in the Asia Pacific (Osaka) region on Friday 23:00 Local Time for two hours. During this maintenance window, customers using the Dynamic Control Voice Platform in the Osaka region may experience a thirty minute window of inbound call disruptions. DNS resolution could potentially be impacted, particularly for customers without specific security or firewall configurations that allow traffic from their BYOC carrier. Our legacy Control Voice Platform will remain fully operational and unaffected by these maintenance activities.
APAC (Tokyo) will not be going under maintenance as previously posted.
