Genesys Cloud will be performing maintenance on Sunday, August 10th at 03:00 local time in the EMEA (Dublin and London) regions. The maintenance window will last 60 minutes, with approximately 10 minutes of impact time. During this period, SMS/MMS and email messages from campaigns may experience delays, and there is a small possibility of dropped messages.
For inbound dropped messages, there will be no automatic notification. The development team will be alerted and will engage proper channels to notify affected customers. For outbound dropped messages, customers can verify failed message status through delivery receipt DIR2 or 4, which will be visible in the user interface.
