A bug was identified during a release on AWS Edge version 1.0.0.8112 Wednesday evening May 1st. After release, some users reported not being able to make or receive calls. If users experience this issue, performing a reboot through the UI, or logging into the org and removing roles from a user, saving, and then re-adding them will remediate the issue. This bug does not impact all users on said AWS Edge version.
