Genesys Cloud will be performing emergency maintenance tonight at 2:00 am ET for 2 hours. The maintenance is to implement fixes that reduce risk of automated dialing degradation. During this window, automated dialing will be unavailable for approximately 15 minutes. Manual dialing will function normally. Importing and exporting of contact lists may be degraded for up to 15 minutes.
