Genesys Cloud will be performing maintenance on Sunday, August 17th at 03:00 ET. This is a continuation of last week's maintenance that was unable to be completed. The maintenance window will last 60 minutes, with approximately 10 minutes of impact time. During this period, SMS/MMS and email messages from campaigns may experience delays, and there is a small possibility of dropped messages. All other Genesys Cloud features will remain operational.
Should dropped messages occur, inbound messages will not automatically notify. In this scenario the development team will instead be alerted and engage proper channels to notify affected customers. For outbound dropped messages, customers can verify failed message status through delivery receipt DIR2 or 4, which will be visible in the user interface.
