Genesys Cloud users in Americas (US East) experienced latent conditions with automatic presence status changes from approximately 8:40 am EST until 11:58pm EST due to a major incident with the platform provider. All other Genesys Cloud services remained operational throughout, with the exception of intermittent delays with outbound dialing, scheduled call backs, and call preview that cleared around 1:00 pm EST. Delays were also observed with integration configurations. Genesys Cloud status page was updated regularly during the incident.
