On October 4, 02:00 AM local time, Genesys Cloud will be performing maintenance on the service responsible for managing and running outbound dialing campaigns. Maintenance is expected to take approximately sixty minutes, during which time, customers can expect intermittent timeouts, reconnects, and slowed or interrupted dialing.
