Genesys Cloud Voice will be performing maintenance globally March 7th at 2am local time (refer to city names of regions) in APAC, 2am ET for Americas, and 10pm in EMEA. All phone calls will function normally during the 1 hour window, with the maintenance expected to take 30 minutes. Customers are advised to avoid making configuration changes to numbers or routing during the window as changes will not persist until the maintenance is complete.
