The Genesys Cloud Voice team will undergo maintenance in all regions Saturday, June 20th to implement resiliency improvements (includes BYOC Cloud). The work is not expected to cause any interruption in service. Should unexpected downtime occur, recovery time is estimated to be half hour or less. The maintenance window will be 2am-5am local time all regions (refer to availability table for city names of regions) with both Americas and Canada regions 2am-5am EDT.
