Genesys Cloud will be performing routine maintenance in all regions December 6th. This notification is out of an abundance of caution. Should impact occur, users may experience up to half hour of screen recording unavailability. The maintenance window will be 2am-5am local time all regions (refer to availability table for city names of regions) with both Americas and Canada regions 2am-5am ET.
