From 9:30am CEST, to 9:55am customers in the Frankfurt region would have experienced degradation and/or outage conditions resulting in loss of phone calls, media, and call control delays. This post is being made retroactively due to region wide impact. The incident came clear prior to incident management teams being notified. Genesys has made process improvements to improve notifications for widespread incidents.
