As part of continued efforts to improve stability and resiliency, Genesys Cloud will be performing maintenance to chat service in the regions listed. While the activity will be seamless, some users will experience a disconnect and reconnect to the application upon completion.

The maintenance window will be 2am-5am local time for the regions impacted (refer to availability table for city names of regions) with Americas region taking place EDT.

UPDATE: Disconnect and reconnect to the application is estimated to be 30 seconds in duration for users. Any active interactions during this period may be affected.
