The PureCloud Analytics and Reporting service will be undergoing maintenance Friday night, May 17th, at 11pm Sydney time. The maintenance is to implement upgrades and improvements to services providing call detail records and reporting. The maintenance will take approximately 1 to 2 hours, with data processing an additional 10 hours to complete. During this period, historical and real time call detail records will be unavailable and will come back online periodically as data processing completes.
