Genesys Cloud will be performing routine, non-impacting maintenance in all regions December 5th. This notification is out of an abundance of caution. Should impact occur, users may experience a one time delay with chat messages (includes ACD 1.0 routed chat) for approximately 30 seconds or less. The maintenance window will be 2am-5am local time all regions (refer to availability table for city names of regions) with both Americas and Canada regions 2am-5am ET.
