Genesys Cloud Voice will undergo maintenance in all regions Saturday, September 12th to implement resiliency improvements (includes BYOC Cloud). The work is non-impacting to users, however telephony configuration changes made during the window will not take effect until the maintenance has been completed. The work will take place midnight to 5am local time (refer to availability table for city names of regions) with Americas US East, US West, and Canada midnight-5am EDT.
