The PureCloud development teams will be performing maintenance Saturday morning, January 21st from 2:00 am-4:00 am EDT. The development teams will be updating network devices per compliance requirements. The maintenance is non-intrusive; therefore no interruption in service is anticipated. Should there be any unforeseen circumstances impacting service, the teams have a roll back plan that will be executed.
